Come September, Manuel 'Pineapple Face' Noriega,

former dictator of Panama, will be released from a

U. S. prison after serving 17 years of a 30-year sentence.

His lawyer says Noriega plans to submit his resume to

several countries in need of a dictator, including Iraq.
