From your post, it sounds like she doesn't have an H4 stamp on her passport, but only the approval notice. She can't re-enter the US only by showing the approval notice at the port of entry. She needs to have the stamp on her passport as you already may be aware of.
Sending AP (or any other immigration document in original) outside of the US (e.g., to India) via courier/mail is risky, if not forbidden by law.

She is coming back on December last week. Her H4 visa is expiring on JAN first week. she has her new H4 extension approval notice, 485 receipt notice with her. Does she need to have advance parole to come back?
(Her AP got approved after she left and I have received the docs recently. So I was wondering if I should fed-ex the docs to her).
Please advice

I log in every day to see whats happening with my I-140 , Mine filed in september and the processing date moved only 15 days in last month. It took 2.5 years to complete the labor and I think I am struck in I-140 here...

Can anyone share experience applied for PIO at CGI Houston ? I am planning to apply for PIO for my son. Can you please suggest what are the documents needed ?

Take duplicate copies of the form. Take your and spouse passports with one copy each. Both you and your spouse needs to sign the form. CGI Houston does not takes the Check so carry the cash.

I talked to the contact person at competeamerica.org
According to him They won�t vote on any immigration bills till after the election.
So it seems it will be after november only.
But look at the positive side. We have more time to contact the law makers.

I am working in company Vision System Group Inc (VSG INC). They are under USCIS investigation and involved in illegal activities. (Vision Systems Group Inc., was indicted in a 10-count federal indictment that included one count of conspiracy, eight counts of mail fraud, and one count of 'Notice of Forfeiture' in the amount of $7.4 million.) .

Company first delayed the payment by 6 weeks. They pay salary more then one month late (example on March 7, I get salary on period Jan 16- Jan 31). This (late payment) they are doing since last more then one year. On March 12th, 2010 they send email saying VSG and its entire sister concern companies are acquired by Zolon (Zolon Corporation) and send there HR manager's email addresses for communication with company. In other email they attached memo from zolon company's CEO that describes that they will pay March(1-15) salary on April 10 and March(16-31) on April 26 and so on. They also told that they will pay Feb(whole months) salary when ever they can. I sent many emails for Feb Salary, VSG HR ppl are saying you should ask new management for salary I (VSG HR ppl) am also now employee for Zolon. I talk to Zolon HR ppl and I told if I dont get Feb salary then I will complain DOL and file a case throgh attorney. Zolon HR ppl are saying Zolon' responsibility of paying salary is from March only.In reality VSG should have paid this salary already, we (might) pay but dont know when. You can file case and lets attorney decide. I dont care.
How should complain about salary to DOL should I complain against Zolon or VSG or both? Now there is no VSG. will I get success? Zolon might slip away by saying I acquired from March.

For my spouse,
We have applied for I 485 after our visit to India.
1. First I 94 was taken at the airport and got the new one while we came back and one of the requirement is the copy of I 94
How and where can I get a copy (I never made a copy of that).
Note: Spouse passport has stamping but the requirement is copy of I 94
any help or suggestoins where can we get a copy. We have applied for states Id's in two different states where they made copies of I 94 but at that time I never though of making copies of it.
You should have a I-94 when she came back here in the US. Did she misplace it? The I-94 when she came back should be enough for the RFE. The old ones don't matter for I-485.

I think this has happened a lot and not sonething to worry about before December. If by then you haven't received the receipt - then call them.

if i get an I40 with EB3 and move to another EB2 employer
It will result in me losing everything except my priority date
but my employer might not give me any paperwork which is required to retain my priority date which is the case for many employers
in that case I lose everything and need to start from scratch
Am I right?..please correct if not.....What is the nature of paperwork required to retain the priority date?

Not true. It is 30 days for the asylum based apps and 90 days for the rest.
I do not have a memo or web link, however, when I went for my fingerprinting appointment I asked about the interim EAD of the processing time dragged for my husband.
I was told that there are no facilities at any local USCIS offices for the production of interim EAD's. If your application goes beyond the 90 day time limit, you have two choices. Go to the local office and ask them to send an email to the service center to ask for them to process quickly or issue interim EAD, or call the 1 800 number directly of the service center and cut out the middle man.

I do not see any reason why uscis cannot give 3 year extension with ONLY 485 receipt and I-140 case number printout. With these, USCIS should be able to determine the priority dates and whether the person is retrogressed or not.
An actual case would be helpful.
I spoke to a reputable attorney and they said its possible to get 3 years extn. using the case number screen shot.

Me also got RFE for 485. My priority date is 2006 Aug. Mine was related to medical report. Dr corrected the mistake and replied back.
